Hey everyone! I am really close to my very first competition show. I'll be in the 2024 IPL Golden Heart Classic in Fairbanks, AK. I'm going to be competing in Figure, Bikini Model, and Evening Gown. I'm not totally where I want to be for a competition, but I'm pretty close and I still think I'm going to do well. Of course, I workout all the time, about 11 times a week. I thought I'd show you what goes into the nutrition side of things for me.
Note: I look a little haphazard in this. I don't care because I'm in my kitchen and mostly in lounge clothes - except for lunch. I also did not straighten my hair, so it's a bit unruly.

Top Eating Tips
Keep your food simple.
Track what you eat.
Make your own food; stay away from pre-made food or take out.
You can't escape a bad diet. If you put in a lot of effort at the gym, but aren't seeing results - it's your diet! Go see a nutritionist.
Never count on a "cheat meal" to happen this week. If it does, okay. If it doesn't, oh well.
To prevent hyper-focusing on food, have 2-3 projects going on that you want to spend time on.
