Arm day is going to focus on your biceps, triceps, and forearms. Your deltoids will be done on shoulder day.


3 sets x 10-12 DB Bicep Curl

3 sets x 10-12 DB Tricep Extension

3 sets x 10-12 Reverse Curls

3 sets x 10-12 Cable Curls

3 sets x 10-12 Cable Tricep Pull Downs

15 minutes Cardio
