Chest Day 101

Chest day focuses on your pectoral muscles. One big misconception that some women have is that once they train chest, they believe they'll lose their boobs. I had a friend in high school who 100% believed this. It takes a ton of work and very specific focus to get to that point. Men often find chest day easier than women.


3 sets x 15 Push Ups

3 sets x 10-12 Incline Bench Press

3 sets x 10-12 DB Bench Press

3 sets x 10-12 DB Fly

3 sets x 10-12 Cable Fly

15 minutes Cardio


Note: Chest day is my least favorite workout day, but I still get it done. Also, you may notice a little discoloration on my skin. It's just the competition spray tan wearing off from last weekend.
