I just wanted to leave a little post here to say: Yes, I know there are a lack of recipes. I can add as many as I want. The problem is that I don't venture away from what I usually eat right now. It makes my food a little boring, if you hate repetition with food. I absolutely eat the same thing day after day right now. Sometimes I'll make an exception and switch my usual turkey for fish - which is why I just updated with the Dark Berry Salmon (it was awesome - photo to the right). I had actually paired it with lentils, but I ate the lentils while the fish was in the oven.
I'd love to feature a blogger who is interested in discussing nutrition and healthy foods. Someone who might have the time to make some recipes.
