OCB Show & A Needed Break

Hey everyone. Sorry I've been away.

The OCB show in Columbus, GA went about as well as I thought it might. I took 4th in Figure Masters. Honestly, my midsection wasn't where it needed to be, but my legs/glutes and arms/shoulders were a bit more developed than the others. I guess I know what I'll be working on. Below is how I was looking about a week before I left Alaska to head to the deep south and me with my award.

This time I had people in the audience and they haven't sent me any photos, but I know they took some.

EMILY - I haven't forgotten about your inquiry about powerlifting. I have the post written, but I need to film some of the movements.

When I got back from my trip, I was just exhausted. I got back the Monday before Thanksgiving, then my birthday and several others hit, then it was getting ready for Christmas....ARGH! It was just a lot and I needed a little break from everything. If you are a fellow gym rat, then you'll know that you can go hard but at some point you'll need a break - mentally, physically, emotionally. My break has been going on for a solid 2 weeks, before that it was just reduced time at the gym after my trip. It took a solid week of attempting to relax before my brain kind of allowed me to start unwinding.

Website update: I added a Goth Shop section that I swiped from a previous blog of mine. It's just a collection of online shops for clothing, accessories and home goods, horror shops, magazines, etc. If you think I should add something, just let me know.

I think I might start posting some random goth stuff that comes up in my life. It won't take over the blog, but it might make for a good break from gym stuff. With that being said, I have a question for any readers: Cold climate people, what is your favorite gothic winter clothing staple(s)?
