Workouts Coming Soon



I just wanted to let the readers know that I will start posting some basic workouts. I just have to get through this non-competition show that I have on June 1st. I got bumped up from bikini to wellness and that means extra posing practice on my end. On top of that, this week is bitch week. I'm on 1000 calories a day and I'm doing a water cut. I'm not going crazy yet, but the headaches are fierce!


Right: That's me in my kitchen this morning. I had spray tan 1 done yesterday. I feel like I slept in full body makeup. I don't think I look terrible, but I am kind of used to my pale flesh.


What can you expect from the upcoming workouts?

The Workouts 101 series is for anyone who is brand new or still a beginner at the gym. I will have workouts for core, legs, arms, chest, back, and shoulders and calves. For each workout, I'll have a video to demonstrate the movements. Each workout has 5 or 6 exercises, plus 15 min cardio. I will not film myself on the treadmill for 15 minutes. lol That would be ridiculous.
